Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and Freedom Fabrication when using our website, purchasing our aluminium ute trays, toolboxes, canopies, and accessories, or engaging our fabrication services. By making a purchase or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. General Terms

  • Freedom Fabrication (ABN 92 663 200 191) provides custom aluminium trays, toolboxes, canopies, and related fabrication services.

  • We may update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2. Quotes & Orders

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

  • Modifications requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (where applicable).

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or written agreement.

  • Freedom Fabrication retains ownership of all goods until full payment is received.

4. Product Specifications & Custom Orders

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of fabrication, minor variations in finish or dimensions may occur.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information.

  • Once fabrication begins, cancellations may not be accepted

5. Installation & Warranty

  • Lifetime structural warranty applies to ute trays and mounts installed by Freedom Fabrication.

  • Installations completed by third parties are excluded unless agreed in writing.

  • Wear parts (drawer slides, gas struts, lighting) are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

  • Most items require pickup or scheduled delivery due to size and weight.

  • If freight is arranged, risk passes to the customer once the goods are collected by the carrier.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary.

7. Returns & Refund

  • Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled under our Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the custom nature of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Freedom Fabrication is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including downtime or loss of business.

  • Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, designs, drawings, images, and fabrication concepts remain the property of Freedom Fabrication.

  • Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

  • Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Western Australia.
